Each cast member is tasked with completing two significant community service projects that highlight their growth and determination:

1. Individual Project: Each woman collaborates with a local business, sponsor, agency,

group, or non-profit to execute a project that benefits the community.

2. Team Project: Together, the cast members create and execute a large-scale community event, fostering teamwork, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills.

Mission:

Our goal is to document their journeys, highlighting their transformation as

they develop their entrepreneurial skills, become community leaders, and

enhance their communication and collaboration abilities. These women are not

just surviving; they are thriving and making a positive impact in their

communities.

Impact:

"The Queenables" highlights how formerly incarcerated women overcome

challenges, succeed in entrepreneurship, rebuild relationships, and give back to

the community. They defy societal labels by addressing social issues that led to

their incarceration and working to prevent others from making the same
